Metro had just finished upgrading the interlocking here long before this. Glen Echo Golf Course is on the other side of the track. |

| Description: |
MetroLink Car 1002 is a very original MetroLink SD-400 LRV from when the original alignment opened in July of 1993. I took this photo of it docked at the Shrewsbury Station on Landsdown Ave on my way to work. I rode in the this car from Forest Park after transferring onto the Blue Line. In a few more minutes, the driver will enter the cab facing the camera and prepare the train for her eastbound trip out to Fairview Heights, IL, leading Car 1022 in tow. |

This is another shot I took of MetroLink Car 1002 behind Car 1022 at Shrewsbury Station. This was taken from the ramp leading down to the busport, in Program-Sunny mode, which does great in bright sun light, but darkens areas that the Suns light does not touch. |
